Register Guide

Click on the [Sign Up] link and complete the form in order to create your account. Once your account is created, you can immediately benefit from our membership privileges such as discounts and reward credits. Also, it saves you all the hassle of filling out your billing and shipping information every time you place an order since you can save your information securely on our site.

Order and Payment Method

1. We use PayPal as the payment method. Please check PayPal's payment policy.

Shipping Information

  • Delivery Method : Parcel Service
  • Shipping Area : All regions
  • Shipping Fee : Shipping rates vary by supplier / product.
  • Delivery Time : 3 - 5 days
  • Shipping Instructions :
    1. Your order will be shipped after payment is confirmed. Delivery may be delayed depending on the item.
    2. If the address of the recipient is unclear, or if the return is lost due to missing contact at the time of shipment, the responsible part of the return shipping fee shall be borne by the purchaser.
    We will not be able to exchange or return any damaged items due to delayed delivery. When you place an order, please leave a number that can be in contact.
    3. Changing the recipient address is only possible at the completion of payment.
    4. Depending on the country and region of shipment, additional amount may be paid.
    5. In case of customs clearance on the same day as other overseas purchase order, the purchase amount may be added up and a customs duty may be imposed.
    Customs and other costs must be borne by the customer.
    6. In the case of bundled delivery, only the same order payment can be made. However, some items can not be bundled.
    (In case of bundled delivery, additional shipping fee may occur)
    7. If the item is delivered to the courier, it will be in the shipping status. You can check the location of the item by clicking delivery tracking.

Exchange/Return Policy

1. In case of exchange/return due to the defect of the product or mistake or the seller, please contact the seller within 7 days after receipt.
2. In case of simple exchange / return by remorse, return shipping cost will be borne by the buyer.
3. It is not possible to exchange / return damaged or damaged products due to incorrect storage or customer carelessness.
4. It can not be returned or exchanged after 14 days after delivery (confirmation required)

Refund Policy

It takes 3-5 business days to issue a refund for a returned or cancelled order.
Please be advised that your refund may not be processed until the next billing month depending on your credit card issuer's billing schedule.


Pending period for reward store credit:
Your reward store credit issued from orders will be added to your account and stay as Pending for 20 days from delivery before validation to compensate time for exchange or returns. Meanwhile, you are free to spend your available store credit balance.

If you pay for your order with store credit, you are required to spend a minimum store credit of #min_mileage.”
The maximum store credit you can spend on one order is “max_mileage.”

Cancellation of store credit:
Pending credit issued from orders will be automatically cancelled on cancellation or return of the relevant order. Your store credit will be cancelled if you close your account. Also, your store credit will expire if there is no newly issued store credit for three years.
